The house was custom built in 2013, to US/Canada building standards.  The property has its own well, and the water system adds water softening salts.  The plumbing is up to US/Canada standards so you need not dispose of loo paper in a trash can.  The property is completly walled in and the pool is not overlooked, so you can choose to swim in your "all together".

 

This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a great room, a front veranda, a large back yard covered veranda and a private balcony off of the master suite.   One of the bedrooms has a desk with ergonomic chair in case you need to work.  

 

In our home, we provide:

• Linens, blankets and pillows. beds made with clean sheets.

• Bath towels and pool towels will be provided.

• Basic kitchen items ie:  cutlery, glasses, plates, forks, knives etc. will be provided.  There is full service for 12, including several serving pieces.

• Appliances are newer and in working order ie:  fridge (with exception of icemaker), stove, coffee maker, microwave, blender., toaster, rice cooker, sandwich press.

• On site laundry facilities are available for your personal use

• NEW smart TV

• WIFI included and is hooked up to a battery UPS that will maintain WIFI in case of any brief power issues. 

• There is an additional battery UPS that you can use for your computer or other equipment

• There are two adult bicycles with secure locks that you can use to explore.

 

There is a large back yard that has a swim up bar and underwater lights for night swimming. Each bedroom and the great room has an air conditioner.  Each room - each and every room - has a ceiling fan.  

 

The great room has soaring ceilings, a granite island with 3 bar stools and a dining table with 6 chairs.  The gourmet kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware.  

 

There is wifi internet access, a 50" smart led TV which has canadian cable.  The front gate has a locked entrance gate and also the entire gate slides open so you can drive your car onto the property and lock it in.  In the back yard is a smaller building that houses a clothes washer and dryer. 

 

There are humming birds that visit the flowering bushes in the back yard.  The beach is 70 paces - checked by our son Alexander - from our front gate.
